Thank you for your interest in booking with Gilchrist Nail Gallery! My name is Jordan Gilchrist, owner and operator! I opened my suite in January 2020! I’ve been a Managing Manicurist in the State of Ohio since 2012. I am constantly learning new and upcoming nail trends and applications! I work by appointments and do my best to stay on a strict schedule! ***A few guidelines to help us all out! *** • Please be on time, there is a 10 minute grace period with communication! If you are more than 10 minutes late I will determine if I can still service you. There will be a $10 late fee applied to total. • Cancellations in less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of services booked. • No call / No show = blocked from future booking ***If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid or even the common cold please reschedule before the 24 hour window. Last minute cancellations for sudden change in health will also result in 50% charge. I’m very understanding, but let’s be real ladies and gents we know when we’re getting sick 🙂 *** • Extra Guests & Children - I’m a mother and understand sometimes getting a sitter isn’t easy or they cancel last minute. If you are bringing a child please make sure they have something to occupy them. I don’t recommend bringing them for anything more than a single service because of timing issues. • After & Before Business Hour Appointments!!! If you have a special request for an appointment outside of my working hours please message me personally about it to see if it works for both of us! These appointments will also have an additional fee of $40+ • Starting January 2022, I will only be accepting cash and card payments. With card payments there will be a 3.5% convenience fee included with payment amount.
